He took one person's drink order and walked away. He brought a second bottle of water (a positive thing) but didn't take the empty appetizer dish. He obviously knows how much room the main dishes take up. Our food came out fast. My sushi was very good,  my wife's Pad Thai was very good. I also had a Mango smoothie that was very refreshing!.

Definitely recommend! Service was great, attentive and courteous. The ambiance was calm with Christian music and neutral colors. Our first time there, nice surprise inside an Ephrata strip mall.
